Patrick Mozo began his artistic journey as a martial artist at the age of 12, competing and performing in various cities. In 2012, he discovered dance and trained in Sensual Bachata, Salsa On1 and On2, Afro, Rumba, Hip Hop, and Jazz under Fernando Rodriguez at Estilo Urbano in Uruguay. After moving to the U.S. in 2017, Patrick immersed himself in the vibrant NYC dance scene and began teaching with Sensual Movement in 2018. He continued refining his craft by training with world-renowned artists, including Daniel & Desiree.
Johanna Pellerin, born and raised in Paris, is a versatile dancer, teacher, and choreographer with a rich background in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and belly dance. After completing a jazz and contemporary choreographic program in France, she moved to New York in 2017 to join the Alvin Ailey School. During her time there, Johanna honed her skills in modern dance, hip hop, and other disciplines. After graduating from the scholarship program, she discovered Sensual Bachata and Salsa, which became a cornerstone of her career as a teacher and choreographer.
Patrick and Johanna began working together in 2021 and have since taught and performed across the U.S., Dominican Republic, South America, Europe, and Asia. In 2025, they co-founded Bachata Fuze Dance Skool, blending their diverse dance backgrounds to create a unique approach to Sensual Bachata.
Together, Patrick and Johanna are passionate about sharing their knowledge and inspiring students worldwide through innovative choreography, engaging performances, and a commitment to spreading their love for dance across cultures.
