Jimmy Booy, an event organizer for Hello! Bachata, establishes the start of festival planning and the reasons behind it.

A payment page was created (Eventbrite), and minimal flyers were created to see how it felt to put marketing out on Facebook groups, Jimmy's personal page, and Hello! Bachata's Instagram page.

Passes were sold at $135 to thank our loyal fans of the monthly event.

At this stage we were only able to market a quarter of our lineup that was already confirmed.

The venue was purposely omitted in case of a sudden change. The dates was only for two days based on our lineup.

With our lineup official, the team felt comfortable enough push out banner design that features all the headliners and midliners for the festival.

Upper half of banner features 6 headliners (couples count as one), and 11 midliners. Featured on this design are:
